- Act as a member of board of directors to make decisions and offer guidance at executive level.
- Support organizational development by serving as staff executive, focusing on team development, coaching/mentoring, and organizational culture, at both staff and volunteer levels.
- Technical leadership around systems and infrastructure including web site development and hosting, Microsoft 365 setup and administration, Planning Center Online setup, and digital follow up/marketing systems.
